Radiant heat for consistent shrink
The double-walled insulated housing and polished interior surfaces minimize heat loss and maximize heat transfer. The result: sleeves that shrink tightly, evenly, and consistently around every product.
Flexible and versatile
Use the Radiant Tunnel as a pre-heat tunnel for glass bottles and jars, or place it after the sleeve applicator for a flawless finish. Twelve individually adjustable quartz heating elements and an external temperature controller provide precise control and premium results for every sleeve.
Smart and user-friendly design
Optional features include product detection, counting and stop systems, and a motorized lift. Suitable for products with heights from 50–300 mm and diameters from 20–150 mm, fully compatible with existing conveyor systems.
