What drives us;

We are not a catalogue company. OPTI-PACK always starts with your production process, not with our product range. Only once we understand what you produce, at what speed, under what conditions and with what team, do we recommend a packaging machine or packaging line that genuinely fits.

That may sound obvious. In practice, it often is not. We regularly encounter companies that purchased a machine that looked right on paper, but failed to perform as expected once it was on the production floor. That is exactly what we aim to prevent.
 

Over 40 years of packaging machines in the Netherlands and Belgium

OPTI-PACK was founded in 1982 and has been supplying packaging machines to production companies in the Netherlands and Belgium ever since. Over that time, we have installed hundreds of machines and complete packaging lines at family businesses taking their first step into automation, and at international manufacturers running multiple linked lines.

That breadth of experience is what we bring to every consultation. Not as a sales argument, but as practical knowledge of what works and what does not in your sector, with your product, in your production environment.
 

Exclusive representative of leading brands

OPTI-PACK is the exclusive representative of SLEEVIT, HARLAND, COMIPAK, ITALPACK and IROSTEL in the Netherlands and Belgium. This means we work directly with the manufacturers giving our clients direct access to technical knowledge, spare parts and engineering support, with no intermediary involved.

For you, this translates into a single point of contact for the entire process: from initial consultation through to installation, operator training and after-sales maintenance.
 

Our approach

We work with production companies in the food industry, pharmaceutical industry, cosmetics industry, chemical industry, fresh produce sector and pet food industry. Each of these sectors places different demands on a packaging machine in terms of hygiene, precision, capacity and certification requirements.

We know those requirements. And we only recommend a machine we are confident will perform in your environment, two years down the line, across changing product ranges, and as your line scales up.
