Recently, the first BCSS system from Accraply was officially put into operation by Mus Verpakkingen. The sleeve installation is designed for breweries, but it is also of interest to producers of other beverages in cans. BCSS stands for "Beverage Can Sleeving Solution" for a reason!When designing this innovative sleeve system, careful attention was paid to the market. The system is complete, yet extremely compact. In terms of functionality, this machine is on par with larger and more expensive installations that are available.
The BCSS system is extremely user-friendly, easy to operate, and highly adaptable for cans of different diameters and/or heights.
Efficiency from start to finish. The machine can easily process 80 sleeves per minute without any loss of quality. The "Former Box" technology developed by Accraply ensures that even at that speed, the sleeve is applied to the can with utmost precision.
